On Wednesday, 2nd of April 2025, students from Castlebar Primary School, Gortskehy National School, and Saint Attracta's National School, Charlestown, gathered at Castlebar Primary School's senior campus for a vibrant Big Bang drumming jam. This exciting event was the culmination of drumming workshops conducted by the talented Anthony McNamee, who had worked with each of the three schools.

The day allowed each school to showcase their newly acquired rhythmic skills, leading to a grand finale where approximately 300 students joined together in a powerful, unified drumming performance.

The room was filled with an incredible energy, as the combined rhythms echoed, leaving every student with a memory of a truly special and collaborative musical experience.
